One or two designated people must be the designated points of contact for staff to fix problems that arise so as not to disturb the bride and groom during the event. Such problems include cars parked in the wrong areas, belligerent or drunk and disorderly guests that must be removed, damage that occurs during the event, i.e., clogged toilets or accidentally locked bathroom doors.
The renter is responsible for catering, decoration and guidance during set up of the event.
Please report all spills and breakage to the staff so the proper clean up measures can be taken.
The renter is responsible for hiring a DJ or live band for the event.
Music must stop by 9:45 pm. We ask that noise and music levels be kept to 75 decibels or less. If our requests are not met, then we will require that the music be terminated and/or the event ended.
Smoking is allowed outdoors.
If any damage or theft occurs, the renter will be held responsible for loss or damaged items.
Kitchens are to be used for serving only. No food preparation shall take place on site due to health regulations.
Our facilities are a temptation for mischievous behavior by unmonitored children. We request that all children present at events be monitored. We require that a designated person be assigned this responsibility.
All fruit on trees or on the ground are not to be picked, thrown or fed to the animals for everyone’s safety.
Personal items left for more than a week after the event will be donated.
